Description:
An ospfNbrRestartHelperStatusChange trap signifies that there has been a change in the graceful restart helper state for the neighbor. This trap should be generated when the neighbor restart helper status transitions for a neighbor.
Examples
Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):

Listen for incoming traps on the manager host (-f keeps it in the foreground, -Lo prints to stdout — useful for testing):
