Description: The delay in seconds after the start of the full quarter of an hour when an EOC full status request is sent to the devices in the span. Periodically after this start point full status request will be sent with a configured interval (oacSHDSLSpanConfProfileEocStatusPollInterval).
What is oacSHDSLSpanConfProfileEocStatusPollDelay?
The delay, in seconds (0-29), after the start of each 15-minute quarter-hour boundary before the unit sends its first EOC full-status request to devices on the span; subsequent requests then follow at the configured poll interval.
