What is oacAclDynamicAllocFailures?
Counts failures to dynamically allocate a new ACL session, which happens when the session table is full or memory is exhausted. A nonzero and growing count indicates the router is dropping new connections because it can't create session state for them, a strong sign to investigate session-table limits.
