This object supplies the high-order portion of the received clock rate on an FSIP serial interface, used in conjunction with locIfFSIPrxClockrate whenever the actual clock rate exceeds what a single 32-bit value (about 4.3 billion bits per second) can represent on its own. Admins would only need to consult it on very high-speed serial circuits, combining it with the companion low-order object to reconstruct the true clock rate. For example, on a link clocked near or above that 32-bit ceiling, this OID would hold the overflow multiplier needed to interpret the paired low-order reading correctly.
