tandemPassThrough can be set to enabled only if the tandemPassThrough feature exists in the featureList of the Sw Lpt.
What is mscVsFramerTandemPassThrough?
Enables or disables 'tandem pass through', which lets compressed voice stay compressed as it transits an intermediate voice switch instead of being decoded and re-encoded; the actual negotiated result is in negotiatedTandemPassThrough and the live operating state in tptStatus.
