What is mscVncsRowStatus?
The RowStatus column used to create or delete a VNCS (Virtual Network Call Server) component instance via SNMP, following the Passport platform's standard row-based component-naming convention. An admin sets this to createAndGo to provision a new VNCS server component, or destroy to remove one.
