What is mscVncsDPCompleteTranslations?

Counts the number of directory-number translations under this access-code (dial-plan) component that completed successfully, meaning VNCS returned routing information and voice-profile parameters for the dialed prefix. This counter wraps to zero at its maximum value; an admin watches it to see how many lookups against this access code actually resolved to a route.
