What is mscVctDnaPreselectRpoa?
When set to yes, this Dna subscribes to a pre-selected Recognized Private Operating Agency (RPOA) carried in the sibling mscVctDnaRpoa attribute, used to force outgoing calls through a specific transit network; default no means no RPOA preselection.
