Description: This group contains all of the provisioning data required to set the link utilization alarm thresholds. All thresholds are percentages which can take on any value in the range of 0% through 100%. The value 100% is used to disable an individual threshold. For values other than 100%, a semantic check ensures that the minor alarm threshold is less than the other thresholds and that the major alarm threshold is less than the critical alarm threshold.
