This read-only 64-bit counter tracks the number of frames transmitted to the link interface by the Framer, excluding frames sent directly to the hardware queue bypassing Framer; it's the current, non-wrapping replacement for the obsolete 32-bit mscDpnGateUtpFramerFrmToIf. Admins use this as the reliable long-term transmit frame count for high-throughput links.
