This read-only, obsolete Counter32 counted frames transmitted to the link interface by the Framer, excluding frames sent directly to the hardware queue bypassing Framer; it has been superseded by the 64-bit mscDpnGateUtpFramerFrmToIf64. Admins should read the 64-bit counterpart instead for current deployments.
