The OSI Status attributes, if supported by the component, may provide more details, qualifying the state of the component.
What is mscTrkUsageState?
The OSI Usage State of the Trunk: idle(0, the default) means not currently in use, active(1) means in use with spare capacity, and busy(2) means in use with no spare capacity for additional users. It tells an engineer whether a trunk that's up is also actually carrying load near its limit.
