An empty string means unspecified. The value of this attribute may be overridden by the LECS or LES; actualLanName contains the actual value.
What is mscLecLanName?
Read-write AsciiString (up to 32 chars) naming the ELAN this LEC should join; an empty string leaves it unspecified so the LECS or LES supplies the name, with mscLecActualLanName reporting what was actually used.
