What is mscLecActualLanType?
Read-only value (unspecified/ethernet) reporting the data-frame format actually negotiated for this LEC, which may have been overridden by the LECS or LES from what mscLecLanType requested; never unspecified once the LEC is operational, and Token Ring is not supported.
