A network-administrator-defined value (0-7, default 4) constraining which trunks this path's route can use, based on each trunk's own customerParameter attribute; route selection excludes trunks whose customerParameter exceeds this value. The specific meaning of the 0-7 scale is entirely up to the carrier's own network administration conventions.
