The remote FRF.5 End Point must be running network site LMI protocol for this A-Bit status reason to be sent. The value is localLmiError if the LMI protocol is down at this Ep. The value is localLinkDown if the physical interface is disabled at this Ep. The value is missingFromLmiReport if the remote FRF.5 End Point did not provide a reason along with the inactive A-Bit status.
