What is mscLpEE1AlarmStatus?
This bitmask object reports the OSI Alarm status of the component, such as underRepair, critical, major, minor, or the generic alarmOutstanding, with at most one value typically shown. Admins use this to see the severity of any outstanding alarm condition on this timing component. A reported value of critical would prompt an admin to treat this component's alarm as high priority requiring immediate investigation.
