What is mscLpEDS1AdminState?
This object reports the OSI Administrative State of the EDS1 component: locked if administratively prohibited from providing service, unlocked if permitted to operate, or shuttingDown while completing service to existing users before locking. Admins use it to confirm whether a timing component has actually been enabled for use after issuing an Unlock command. For example, an EDS1 component showing locked(0) means an operator has explicitly disabled it and it won't be used as an active timing source.
