The PORS connection manager on a module requests circuits to optimize at the optimization interval.

Read-only toggle (disabled(0) or enabled(1)) for whether this connection participates in periodic path optimization requested by the PORS connection manager, which reroutes paths that are no longer optimal as network conditions change. Enable it if you want this path to automatically move to a better route over time rather than staying on its original one indefinitely.
