What is mscMcsMgrDprsMcsEpGEpCacCacdForwardOversubFactor?
Read-write oversubscription factor (0-10000, default 100 meaning 1.00x/no oversubscription) multiplied against the parent EpD's forwardBandwidth to compute the forward effectiveBandwidth used for CAC. Raise this above 100 to intentionally oversubscribe the forward bandwidth pool beyond the raw provisioned rate.
