Unsuccessful calls include those that have disallowed Capability (BC, LLC), screening indicator, or calling party number, and calls that are rejected due to requested channel busy. This counter wraps to zero after reaching its maximum value.

What is mscDataSigChanCcSuccessfullInCalls?

This counter tallies successful valid incoming calls; unsuccessful ones (excluded from this count) include those rejected for disallowed capability (BC/LLC), screening indicator, or calling party number, or for no available channel, and it wraps to zero at its maximum value.
