What is mscDataSigChanCcCgScreeningIndicator?

This bitmask (a single octet, default '50'H) defines which calling-party-number screening modes this ChannelGroup accepts — upns (user provided, not screened), upvp (user provided, verified and passed), upvf (user provided, verified and failed), and np (network provided); an incoming call with an unlisted screening mode is cleared.
