Description: This attribute reflects the current state of the connection. The pathDown state indicates a connection that has no remote end provisioned or the application has not yet signalled for a path. The selectingRoute state occurs when a request has been sent to route selector and it has not yet responded. The connectingState occurs while a path is being established. The pathUp state is the normal operational state of a path. The pathDownRetrying state indicates a path that attempted route selection but received no route and is now waiting to retry route selection again.

What is mscAal1CesLCoState?

Reports the connection's current lifecycle state: pathDown (no remote provisioned or path not yet requested), selectingRoute (waiting on the route selector), connecting (path being established), pathUp (normal operating state), or pathDownRetrying (a route attempt failed and it is waiting to retry); an admin watches this to confirm a circuit is actually up.
