Module: Nortel-MsCarrier-MscPassport-CircuitEmulationServiceMIB

OID (symbolic): Nortel-MsCarrier-MscPassport-CircuitEmulationServiceMIB::mscAal1CesCellLossRecoveryPeriod

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.562.36.2.1.119.11.1.9

The operational attribute cellLossStatus will be set to noLoss when the buffer underflow alarm is cleared.

What is mscAal1CesCellLossRecoveryPeriod?

Sets, in seconds, how long the cell flow must be normal again before a previously-raised buffer-underflow alarm is cleared (cellLossStatus returns to noLoss), preventing an alarm from clearing on a single good cell after a real outage.
