Description: The hold off time is the delay between the detection of a Signal Fail or Signal Degrade on the active line and the initiation of a switchover.
What is mscApsHoldOffTime?
This read-write value (0-100, in tenths, default 0) sets the delay between detecting a Signal Fail or Signal Degrade and actually initiating an APS switchover. Increase this if you want to avoid triggering a switchover on very brief, self-clearing signal glitches.
