What is vncsDPCompleteTranslations?

This counter tracks the total number of complete translations under this dialling plan (access code) — translations where the VNCS server successfully returned routing and voice-profile information for a supplied directory-number prefix. It wraps to zero at its maximum, and admins use it to measure successful call-setup volume for this access code.
