What is vrMmIpMaxHeapSpace?
This caps the percentage of this Vr's own dynamic memory pool that its IP protocol stack is allowed to consume, defaulting to 100%. Exceeding this limit forces IP to shut down, so admins lower it to protect other protocols (like Bridging or SNA) sharing the same Vr's memory from being starved by IP.
