The default of transferPriorityOverRide is no.
What is vctDnaTransferPriorityOverRide?
Controls whether the called end applies the calling end's transfer-priority provisioning instead of its own, defaulting to no. It is the transfer-priority analog of vctDnaOutPathReliabilityOverRide.
