What is vctDnaPacketSizes?

A bitmask of the packet sizes (16 through 4096 bytes) this Dna will accept for call setup; ITU-T recommends 128 bytes always be supported and it defaults on. An operator adjusts this bitmap together with vctDnaDefaultRecvFrmNetworkPacketSize/vctDnaDefaultSendToNetworkPacketSize to control what packet sizes calls on this interface can negotiate.
