What is vctDnaOutPathSensitivitySignal?
Controls whether a signalled sensitivity value received in the call setup is honored (allowed) rather than the Dna's own default being used, defaulting to disallowed. It works together with vctDnaOutDefaultPathSensitivity to determine the effective path sensitivity of an outgoing call.
