Description: This attribute, if set to a value of allowed indicates that outgoing international calls (from the DTE to the network) can be made using this particular Dna. If set to a value of disallowed, then such calls cannot be made using this Dna - such calls will be cleared by the local DCE.
This attribute also currently controls access to the E.164 numbering plan, and if set to a value of allowed, then cross-numbering plan calls are allowed.
This attribute is ignored if the corresponding attribute, outCalls is set to a value of disallowed.
What is vctDnaOutIntl?
Controls whether outgoing international calls (and cross-numbering-plan calls to E.164) can be made using this Dna, defaulting to disallowed. It is ignored if vctDnaOutCalls is disallowed, since no outgoing calls of any kind can be made in that case.
