Description: This attribute specifies whether to force outgoing reverse charged calls. This attribute, if set to a value of yes forces reverse charging on all outgoing calls (from the DTE to the network) using this particular Dna unless the caller specifies a NUI in which case the call is charged to the NUI. If set to a value of no then reverse charging is not forced for outgoing calls. This attribute is ignored if the corresponding attribute, outCalls is set to a value of disallowed.This attribute must be semantically consistent with the corresponding attribute, outReverseChargeCalls.
What is vctDnaOutForceReverseCharge?
When set to yes, forces all outgoing calls from this Dna to be reverse-charged unless the caller specifies a NUI (in which case the NUI is billed instead); defaults to no. The MIB notes it must stay semantically consistent with vctDnaOutReverseCharge and is ignored if outgoing calls are disallowed.
