Description: This attribute, if set to a value of allowed indicates that incoming normal priority, reverse charged calls (from the network to the DTE) can be made to this Dna. If set to a value of disallowed, then such calls cannot be made to this Dna - such calls will be cleared by the local DCE. This attribute, together with the incHighPriorityReverseChargeCalls attribute corresponds to the ITU-T 'Reverse Charging Acceptance' feature for Dna's in that reverse charged calls are accepted if both attributes are set to a value of allowed. This attribute is ignored if the corresponding attribute, incCalls is set to a value of disallowed.

What is vctDnaIncNormalPriorityReverseCharge?

Controls whether incoming normal-priority, reverse-charged calls can reach this Dna, defaulting to allowed, and pairs with vctDnaIncHighPriorityReverseCharge to implement 'Reverse Charging Acceptance' for both priority levels.
