Description: This attribute is the count of the number of times the path has successfully connected. It is set to zero the first time the path is up. If a path fails anytime after connecting this count will be incremented when the path is up again. Failed route requests do not count in this statistic. See retryCount above. This attribute stops counting at its maximum value.

Counts how many times this path has successfully come back up after a failure, starting at zero the first time it connects. Gives an admin a rough measure of connection stability distinct from failed setup attempts.
