Description: Use of this attribute is at the discretion of the system administrator. Typically, it specifies the name of the customer that is using this Dcme.
What is dcmeCommentText?
Holds a free-text comment, up to 40 characters, that the system administrator can set to record which customer is using this Dcme -- it has no functional effect on the equipment itself. Admins use it purely as a label, for example noting a customer or circuit-group name so the device is identifiable in inventory listings without cross-referencing provisioning records.
