If the value is 0 the rejected audio 3.1 kHz calls are not monitored.
What is dcmeAudio3kHzAlarmThreshold?
Specifies how many audio 3.1 kHz calls a single DcmeLink under this Dcme can reject within the configured dcmeAlarmTimeInterval before a SET alarm is raised, mirroring dcmeSpeechAlarmThreshold but for 3.1 kHz audio traffic; a value of 0 disables monitoring.
