Description:

This attribute specifies the number of VCCs supported for each VPI in the Programmable VCC Space. The VCI values of these VCCs range from 0 to (numVccsPerNonZeroVpi - 1) for each VPI in this space.
The size of the Programmable VCC Space must be a power of 2.
The VCC Space as a whole must adhere to the guidelines laid down in the description of the AtmConnMappingVccProv group.
