Description:
This attribute has been obsoleted and migrated under the NrtVbr subcomponent. This attribute specifies the default holding priority which applies for SVC nrt-VBR connections. It takes a value from 0 (highest priority) to 4 (lowest priority). In a situation where the link bandwidth fluctuates, such as over an IMA link, holding priority is used to determine which connections are held and which are released. Holding priority 4 connections are the first to be released. Holding priority 0 connections are the last to be released.
