What is nv6saTrapThrottleCount?

This counter reports how many traps have been suppressed (throttled) since the last trap was actually sent. Admins use it to detect when trap throttling is hiding a burst of repeated events, since a high count means many alerts were suppressed rather than delivered. For instance, if nv6saTrapThrottleCount reads 25, it means 25 duplicate traps were suppressed before the throttle interval passed.
