Description: G.988-201210: 9.3.27 Multicast operations profile, Attribute: Dynamic access control list table[ Preview reset time ] The time at which the ONU resets the preview repeat counter. The value assignments are as follows: 1..24: The integer clock time at which the ONU resets the preview repeat counter. For example the value 2 resets the counter at 2:00 AM. If the ONU does not have a time of day clock, the preview repeat counter is reset every 24 hours at an indeterminate time selected by the ONU. other values are reserved
What is previewResetTime?
This sets the clock hour (1-24) at which the ONU resets the preview repeat counter for this ACL rule's multicast group; if the ONU has no time-of-day clock, the counter instead resets every 24 hours at an ONU-chosen time, per ITU-T G.988 9.3.27. Admins use it to define a daily reset point (e.g. value 2 resets at 2:00 AM) so preview allowances refresh once a day. For example, this lets a subscriber get a fresh set of preview attempts on a premium channel every day at 2 AM.
