2: Priority and rate controlled.
What is onuTrafficMgmtOption?
This reports which upstream traffic-management scheme the ONU uses: 0 for priority-controlled, flexibly scheduled upstream traffic; 1 for rate-controlled upstream traffic; or 2 for combined priority and rate control. Admins use it to understand how a given ONU model will enforce QoS on upstream traffic before tuning T-CONT/GEM QoS settings. For example, an ONU reporting mode 1 would need bandwidth profiles configured differently than one using priority-based scheduling.
