This reports the timestamp when this not-yet-authorized ONU was discovered by auto-find. Admins use it to see how long an unauthorized ONU has been sitting in the discovery queue, which can flag a rogue device or a technician's pending installation that hasn't yet been provisioned. For example, a discovery entry that's days old without being authorized would prompt an admin to investigate whether it's an abandoned install or unauthorized equipment.
