What is gponOnuIgmpUpstreamProtoTCI?
This defines the VLAN ID and P-bits to add to upstream IGMP messages, active when gponOnuIgmpUpstreamProtoTagControl calls for tagging, per ITU-T G.988 9.3.27. Admins set it so the ONU's IGMP signaling traffic carries the correct VLAN tag expected by the upstream multicast infrastructure.
