What is gponOnuIgmpStaticACL?
This references an entry (by index) in the multicast ACL table that lists multicast group address ranges delivered to the subscriber unconditionally, without requiring an IGMP join, and whose bandwidth isn't counted against the dynamic multicast bandwidth measurement, per ITU-T G.988 9.3.27.
