What is gponAutoFindEnable?
This enables or disables auto-find, the OLT's discovery mechanism that detects newly-connected but not-yet-authorized ONUs on the PON and lists them for provisioning. Admins enable it during initial rollout or mass ONU replacement so new devices show up automatically instead of requiring manual ranging, and may disable it afterward to prevent unauthorized ONUs from being discovered. For example, with this disabled, plugging in a rogue ONU on the same fiber won't even appear in the discovery list.
