What is destinationIpAddressStart?
This is the starting destination IP address of a multicast group address range in this ACL rule, per ITU-T G.988 9.3.27's dynamic access control list table. Admins set it, together with destinationIpAddressEnd, to define which block of multicast channels this rule authorizes for join. For example, a rule covering a channel package's multicast range would set this to the first group address in that package.
