What is curStatsGemPortStatusAndAction?
This sets or reports the current-stats collection action for this GEM port: none(1), meaning no action, or cleandata(2), meaning clear/reset the accumulated real-time counters. Admins set it to cleandata to zero out the current counters, for example right before starting a controlled throughput test so the readings start from a known baseline.
