What is portBaseQosPolicyWeightOctet?

A read-write octet string where each byte sets the scheduling weight for the corresponding output queue on this specific port, used when portBaseQosPolicyMode is set to wrr or spWrr. This is the per-port counterpart to deviceBaseQosPolicyWeightOctet, letting an admin give different queues different bandwidth shares on an individual port rather than applying one shared weighting device-wide. As with the device-wide example elsewhere in this MIB, a weight octet string of hex 5 5 5 5 10 20 20 30 on a port would give queue 7 the largest weighted bandwidth share on that specific port.
