What is deviceBaseQosPolicyWeightOctet?
A read-write octet string where each byte sets the scheduling weight for the corresponding output queue, used when deviceBaseQosPolicyMode is set to wrr or spWrr. These per-queue weights determine each queue's relative share of bandwidth under weighted round robin scheduling, letting an admin give more bandwidth to higher-priority traffic queues without starving the lower ones entirely, unlike pure strict priority. The MIB's own example shows a weight octet string of hex 5 5 5 5 10 20 20 30, meaning queues 0 through 3 each get a weight of 5, queue 4 gets 10, queues 5 and 6 get 20, and queue 7 gets 30, giving queue 7 the largest bandwidth share.

Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.17409.2.3.8.3.1.3.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> NSCRTV-EPON-QOS-MGM-MIB::deviceBaseQosPolicyWeightOctet.1
Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):
snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.17409.2.3.8.3.1.3.1 s <value>
SNMPv3 example:
snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> deviceBaseQosPolicyWeightOctet.1
