What is nsModConfigLineRollOff?
Sets the line's transmit filter roll-off factor, e.g. 0.05, 0.10, up to 0.35, which trades off spectral efficiency against out-of-band emissions. A tighter (smaller) roll-off packs the signal into less bandwidth but is more sensitive to filtering and phase-noise impairments.
